Please be advised that the security bond for renting the Clubhouse, Videoke Room, and other amenities is strictly reserved for damages and rule violations.
Consequently, all foreseeable expenses — including electricity charges, parking fees, and other pre-computable costs — must be fully settled at the Property Management Office before the event or any equipment installation can begin.
This policy takes effect immediately. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
