All residents of Chateau Elysée are invited to take part in this year's Christmas Decorations Contest. Entries become part of the 2026 Christmas decorations, and winners are announced at the Year-End Party.

Process and coordination
- PMO approval and registration — secure prior approval from the Property Management Office and register your entry with a design summary.
- Scheduled installation — keep to the agreed locations and schedule; do not block pathways or neighbours.
- Technical and safety inspection — coordinate electrical work with the engineering team; no open flames or hazardous materials.
- Maintenance during display — keep the entry tidy and repair loose or damaged elements.
- Dismantling and restoration — remove all decorations by the deadline and restore the area to its original condition.

Rules
- Fire and safety: no candles, open flames, fireworks or flammable materials.
- Never obscure fire exits, extinguishers, stairways, corridors or elevators.
- No drilling, nailing or damaging adhesives on common areas.
- Participants assume full liability for damage; the PMO is not liable for lost items.
